1. General Commercial Scope & Account Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial transactions, distribution contracts, bulk order fulfillments, and website interactions with MEE audio. By issuing a purchase order, registering a wholesale account, or procuring products for commercial or institutional use, your entity agrees to comply with the terms set forth herein.

MEE audio reserves the right to review business qualifications, resale tax identification, and geographic distribution channels prior to accepting volume orders or extending commercial credit terms.

2. Product Engineering Standards & Compliance Verification

2.1 Acoustic Engineering & Hardware Safety

Every product manufactured by MEE audio undergoes rigorous engineering validation. Our KidJamz series incorporates hardware-level volume-limiting circuitry compliant with international hearing safety standards (OSHA and WHO guidelines for sound exposure). Transmitters and wireless headphones undergo radio-frequency (RF) stability testing to ensure low-latency performance and broad compatibility across television and aircraft entertainment systems.

2.2 Regulatory & Environmental Certifications

All hardware items shipped to overseas procurement partners comply with applicable global standards, including CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and CPSIA regulations. Compliance certificates and technical documentation are available upon commercial request for bulk import validation.

3. Bulk Procurement, Pricing Tiers & Custom Orders

Commercial price lists and formal pro-forma quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless specified otherwise in writing. Pricing for institutional programs, airline adapters, healthcare headsets, and educational supply orders is determined based on volume tiers and customization specifications.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Tiers are defined per product line (Consumer Wireless, KidJamz Educational Fleet, and MEE Professional In-Ear Monitors).
• OEM / Custom Branding: Custom logo placement, custom cable configurations, and specialized packaging require formal engineering approval and sign-off prior to production launch.
• Payment Terms: Accepted payment channels for international commercial buyers include Bank Wire Transfers (T/T), Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C), and pre-approved corporate purchase orders.

4. Global Freight, Logistics & Customs Procedures

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal distribution agreement, international wholesale shipments are fulfilled under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, or DDP). Title and risk of loss transfer to the commercial purchaser according to the selected shipping protocol.

Our logistics team prepares standardized export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS code classifications to facilitate seamless customs clearance across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin American ports.

5. Commercial Warranty Protocols & RMA Returns

MEE audio provides structured manufacturer warranty coverage against defect in materials and workmanship under standard operational conditions.

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Wholesale returns or technical repairs require prior technical evaluation and issuance of an official RMA authorization code.
• Technical Support & Fleet Service: Direct engineering assistance is available to assist enterprise buyers with firmware maintenance, pairing troubleshooting, and volume fleet deployments.

6. Intellectual Property & Authorized Reseller Policies

All brand graphics, registered trademarks, acoustic designs, patents, and proprietary software associated with MEE audio and MEE Professional remain the exclusive property of MEE audio. Authorized distributors and retail partners agree to uphold minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies where contractually specified and preserve brand integrity across digital and physical marketplaces.
